Job Opening: Technical Executive

At DNA Mobiles & Computers, we specialize in fast, affordable repairs for tablets, laptops, game consoles, and cell phones. With over a decade of experience, our team is well-equipped to handle any electronic device issues. As we expand with a new branch in Wymondham, we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Technical Expert.

Position Overview: Technical Executive

Location:  Stowmarket

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair various mobile phones and computers with a focus on hardware and software issues.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of devices to identify problems and provide accurate estimates for repairs.
3. Engage with customers to understand their technical concerns and communicate repair options effectively, ensuring exceptional customer service.
4. Manage inventory for parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels for timely repairs.
5. Oversee customer service interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Implement effective inventory management practices for both parts and repair jobs.
7. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and repair techniques.
8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and able to build relationships.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple repair tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with a variety of mobile phone and computer models, including both iOS and Android platforms.

Education:

• Minimum GCSE or above-level education.
