At DNA Mobiles & Computers, we specialize in fast, affordable repairs for tablets, laptops, game consoles, and cell phones. With over a decade of experience, our team is well-equipped to handle any electronic device issues. As we expand with a new branch in Wymondham, we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Technical Expert.
Position Overview: Technical Executive
Location: Stowmarket
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various mobile phones and computers with a focus on hardware and software issues.
- Conduct thorough assessments of devices to identify problems and provide accurate estimates for repairs.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical concerns and communicate repair options effectively, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory for parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels for timely repairs.
- Oversee customer service interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement effective inventory management practices for both parts and repair jobs.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and repair techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and able to build relationships.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple repair tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with a variety of mobile phone and computer models, including both iOS and Android platforms.
Education:
- Minimum GCSE or above-level education.
